🚚 Shipping Information (Pakistan-Wide)

We proudly deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas.

Standard Delivery:

• Cost: FREE on all orders in All Over Pakistan

• Delivery Time: 3–6 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Available for most locations in Pakistan

• For prepaid orders, online bank transfer and digital wallet options are also available

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday

• You will receive a confirmation message/email along with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your bedding purchase from Miraaz Store. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns easy and fair.

Return Policy 

• Return Window: Within 7 days of receiving your order

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at miraazstore62@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address or label.

3. Securely pack and send the item back via any courier or as instructed.

❗Important Notes

• Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-returnable.

• All return per order is Paid (we cover the return courier fee)

• Additional returns from the same order may include a small return shipping fee

• International returns (if applicable) must be sent at the buyer's cost
