You can apply for an Exchange within 7 days of your purchase

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange maximum within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.

The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.

NOTE: Buyer pays the return courier charges.

Exchange Procedure

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item

2. Pack the item back in the original packing

3. Email us the picture at homedelight8159@gmail.com of the defective part and 4. let us know that you want to return or exchange

5. We will give you the address to return the item

6. Go to your local courier and send us the package.

7. Once we receive the package we will process the exchange .

8. Note free of charge Exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item other wise courier charges will apply.

Disclaimer:

There can be a slight difference in Shade and color due to photographic lights used and the Display screen. Suits can only be exchanged due to this reason, No refund will be entertained on this basis.
